The SMEs International Expo, which was initially set for 28 to 31 October, has been postponed to next month to avoid clashing with the ongoing Zimbabwe Agricultural Show. The show, which is set to run in a virtual format, is now pencilled to run from 11 to 13 November 2020.
“We had to move it so that we don’t clash with the Zimbabwe Agricultural Show. The same exhibitors who are (participating) there are the same ones who will participate in our expo. It has also given us time to spruce our act as well,” SME International Expo Managing Director, Delight Makotose told Business Events yesterday.
Makotose highlighted that the preparations for the event were progressing well.
“We are on course. We intend to utilise this for mopping up,” he said.
The SMEs International Expo debuted on the market in 2011 and is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year.
