The Zimbabwe International Trade Fair (ZITF) Company has announced the dates for its various events for next year. The company released the dates for its flagship event, the ZITF, together with other business events last week in a notice posted on its various social media platforms.
According to the calendar, the ZITF is set to be held from 23 to 27 April. The same dates apply to the other events namely A’Sambeni, Pakprint, Ultim8 Home and Scholastica, which run concurrently with the international trade fair.
The Mining, Engineering and Transport (MineEntra) exhibition has been pencilled for 17 to 19 July. The company is set to introduce a new show, the Green Business Expo, which is scheduled to run from 25 to 27 September.
The second edition of the Africa Infrastructure and the Built Environment Confex (AfriConfex), an event that debuted in 2022, has been slated for 9 to 11 October.
This year, the ZITF Company only held the trade fair and the MineEntra exhibitions in April and November respectively. It put off the AfriConfex and a planned new event, the Climate Change Conference, which was set to be held during the first week of October ahead of the United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP28) that was held in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, from 30 November until 12 December 2023.
The release of the ZITF 2024 events calendar will give participants time to decide, plan and organise their participation in the various events.
