A local events company is set to introduce a property exhibition in Harare this August. The event organisers have indicated that the show, the Zimbabwe Property Expo, set for 9 and 10 August at the Celebration Centre, will combine a show and conference to allow property sector stakeholders to interact.
“The Zimbabwe Property Expo is a consumer-facing exhibition and the only of its kind that services the Zimbabwe residential, commercial, and industrial property sector. The show aims to provide quality education by connecting consumers and service providers in the property space using conferencing and exhibition as a channel of engagement. The show not only introduces visitors to leading brands to guide them along their property journey but also offers a unique educational experience for property shoppers and investors,” said the organisers, Africa Exhibition Group, in a statement recently.
According to the company, the objectives of the event include creating a transactional platform for property buyers to engage with the residential, commercial, and industrial property sector players. The show also seeks to educate and inform property shoppers and investors through an industry expert-led conference and investment seminar.
Africa Exhibition Group highlighted that the property show intends to promote the Zimbabwe property market to a local, regional, and international buyer audience. It also aims to provide a property one-stop, where property buyers can save time, compare multiple assets, and make informed choices.
The company explained that visitors to the event stood to benefit from exposure to various property and networking opportunities available.
“Attending the Zimbabwe Property Expo provides an immersive and holistic experience, allowing you to explore, compare and gather valuable information. According to the organisers’ website, Africa Exhibition Group is registered with the Zimbabwe Tourism Authority (ZTA) and is dedicated to placing Zimbabwe and Africa on the global stage through Meetings, Incentives, Conventions and Exhibitions (MICE).
