This year’s edition of the Amplifaya Creative Business Conference, which brings together artists and arts stakeholders, is set to be held on 6 and 7 November at the 7 Arts Theatre in Avondale, Harare.
Earground Media, the organisers of the event promised an even bigger and better experience. This year’s event will see the organisers expanding into Africa in terms of participants. The conference, which ran for one day last year, is expected to be to run for two days to ensure that more issues and activities are covered during the event.
“While full details will be announced in due course, arts stakeholders can look forward to an insightful and impactful gathering focused on industry growth, collaboration, and sustainability. This year’s edition will bring together key players in the creative sector to explore new opportunities, tackle industry challenges, and foster meaningful connections,” Earground Media Chief Curator, Plot Mhako told Business Events this week.
Last year’s event, which was organised in conjunction with ZAR Events, tackled three major issues namely: Building sustainable creative and private sector partnerships, Creating quality products for the international market and Exploring untapped opportunities for Zimbabwean creative.
